Day #3


Today we had an early morning, leaving our first hotel in Rome. We visited the beautiful ornate church St. Peter’s Basilica and the iconic Vatican Museum. We saw the Sistine Chapel and then hopped on the bus for a few hours of down time as we traveled to Naples to board an overnight ferry to Sicily.

We made it! A few scares, but we figured it all out and have landed in Rome! When we got out of our fun time at the airport. We were able to see the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. We were all exhausted, we headed back to our hotel and crashed for the night.

Last Day!

 This was our last day in Barcelona! We started rhe day off by going to la Sagrada de Familia. The stained glass showing the seasons was a highlight for our group. After the church we took a walking/bus tour of the city. We went up to the park Güell where Gaudi the architect of the church lived at the time. During the free time since the weather was nice all day we went to the beach and swam! The last thing of the day was dinner. We really enjoyed the tapas for dinner with gelato for dessert!
